TIPS in this article:
- Use the homepage search bar to find information in both the Knowledge Base and Community Forums
- You can browse the content in the Knowledge base of Forum Topics only by clicking Knowledge Base or Forums.
- We create articles with the most commonly used keywords. Make sure to use most commonly used, short keywords to be able to see as many relevant articles as possible.
- At the bottom of each article you will find a box with the following question: "Was this article helpful?". Help us improving the articles and therefore search results by providing feedback on whether the article was helpful or not.
- You can subscribe to sections, articles, topics and posts, so that you're notified when somebody creates new content.
Start with the Search
From the homepage, you can use Search to find information in both the knowledge base and the forums at the same time. The platform search algorithm works by looking for the most relevant results and ranking them. The search results will be displayed to you with snippet and keyword highlighting.

Getting Around the Knowledge Base
The knowledge base consists of categories, sections, and articles. Articles are grouped in sections, and sections are grouped in categories. Here is the hierarchy:

Getting Around the Forums
The forums is where you can post questions and ideas or provide answers. Forums posts are associated with topics of discussion.
