Welcome to the New Sisense Community!
Welcome to the new Sisense Community! We are happy to announce that over the weekend we’ve upgraded the Sisense Community platform to a newer version. This is the first step in our journey to improve our community and provide you an exceptional member experience.
You will see many changes throughout the site and we wanted to highlight some of the key differences to help you get started with the community.
Finding Information in the Community
Subscribing in the Knowledge Base and Following in the Forums
Submitting and Tracking Support Requests
Editing the Description in Your Community Profile
Updating Your User Profile and Password
As we’ve shared in the Sisense Community Platform Upgrade post earlier this month, the migration aftermath should not require any action from the members. You should be able to login and participate in the community as usual. However, you might want to ensure that:
-
Your content was migrated in its entirety including any articles, ideas, discussions, and comments you posted throughout the years.
-
The votes you gave and received were moved correctly. By voting, you impact the future of a product and we want to make sure that great ideas receive proper attention.
-
You are subscribed to sections, articles, and posts of your interest. As new forums, particularly in the Community category, were created, consider subscribing to those and other resources that might provide a pool of advanced information for you.
-
Make sure your profile information is accurate and your profile picture is displayed properly.
Good luck with exploring your new community! Bare with us, as we continue adjusting and improving the community over the next few weeks. We value your feedback and invite you to share your thoughts, ask questions, and notify us on any platform issues in the Community Support forum.
