Since the launch in 2011, Sisense forums have grown into a lively community of members that learn, share knowledge, and collaborate on great ideas on a daily basis. This hasn’t gone unnoticed! To ensure that our members have the best community experience possible, we have decided to embark on a journey of community development and transformation. The first step of our journey is right around the corner.
On Sunday, October 16th, we will be upgrading our platform to a newer version
What is going to change?
The upgraded community website has a much cleaner and fresher interface, with a more defined search, navigation, and content structure.
Will the upgrade require any action from our members?
The migration should not require any action from the members. You should be able to login and participate in the community as usual. However, after the migration, you might want to ensure that:
Your content was migrated in its entirety including any articles, ideas, discussions, and comments you posted throughout the years.
The votes you gave and received were moved correctly. By voting, you impact the future of a product and we want to make sure that great ideas receive proper attention.
You are subscribed to forums and articles of your interest. Consider subscribing to additional forums that might provide a source of advanced information for you.
Make sure your profile information is accurate and your profile picture is displayed properly.
More updates to come
During the week leading to the migration, we are going to make content adjustments to the categories and forums. Those changes and how to navigate them will be communicated here, in the Announcements forum, prior and after the migration. Please make sure you subscribe to this forum to stay up to date with the upcoming developments.
We would be happy to hear your questions, concerns, or just good luck wishes! Feel free to comment below, share the news, and stay tuned for the upcoming changes in our community.
