    Hi Volker,

You need to use CountAll function (DupCount()) on widget, regular Count counts only unique values. https://www.sisense.com/documentation/function-reference/ . Hope it helps

    Hi Volker,

yes it is unavailable by default for text, but you can use it with no problems. When adding new value click on Fx button:

Now you can use all functions, so click on Functions section, find Count All() there and click on it, it will be added to the formula(you can type it in manually as well). Within brackets use your field and it will work.

When adding field it might be added as Count, right click on it in formula editor and change type to All Elements. Hope it helps.

    Regards,

    Michał

Hi Erin/Volker one way to accomplish this is by creating a CASE statement at the EC Manager level.

You need to create a case statement to assign a value for both Yes and No answers:

CASE WHEN [Text] = 'Yes' THEN 1 ELSE 2 END AS AnswerCount

Then you need to can use Michal DUPCOUNT over the numeric value in the dashboard with your variables as the categories and the DUPCOUNT(YesNoCount)

    Example

DUPCOUNT of the Case statement we created above

This will give you your pie chart you want:

Let me know if this helps!
