I am trying to put together a report that displays the logged hours of individuals on a week by week basis and highlighting where over a period of time they have worked over their allocated hours.
The purpose of this report is to show the average hours worked over the last 13 weeks by employee in an organisation. This is to ensure working time legislation is not being breached. (Working an average of over 48 hours over a 13 week period)
I have successfully managed to create a report using a pivot table, this displays Name vs week number with the hours logged as the value. What i am now struggling to do is either add a new column or somehow have a running % average of the hours worked from week to week...
Hope that makes sense...
