    General answer here. The most common cause of issues with exporting is plugins or custom scripts. If you are having trouble with exports, first try removing plugins and custom scripts. If issues persist, please review Step 7 on this page and confirm that the port bindings in IIS match the iisPort in your default.yaml configuration file.

    When performing an export manually through the Sisense interface, your export file will often be generated even if there is an error on a widget script (you will simply get a pop-up message about the error). However, when running an export command through the REST API, the behavior is slightly different - you will get a snippet of the error in the response and the export file will not be generated.
