I would recommend backing-up the PROD folder before the change.

    Prod is located in C:\ProgramData\Sisense\PrismWeb\DB

Can I ask why the datasource id has the value IAAa between SAMPLE and ECommerce?  I see the db value also has the same.  I ask as I am trying to work out how to get a datasource id by name, but can't see a way to do that....so I may have to construct the id value manually.

If I do a get of all dashboards, I can see my datasource called DSX_AG-BaseFields is returned in JSON as id value aLOCALHOST_aDSXXwAaAGLQAaBASEFIELDS2??

    Hi Andrew,

Becuase of the language we use it creates the AA values etc'

    You can't modify them manually.

    Thanks for the reply.

Is this documented anywhere so we can see what characters are parsed and substituted in this way?

    Hi there,

Can not find dashboards/{server}/ option in the POST method on any of my instances (sisense. v. 67)

    Should I enable it anywhere?

For anyone who is having trouble finding this endpoint - as of version 7.3, it is location under the "admin" section of the v1 page; not the "dashboards" section.
