If you look in the \ProgramData\Sisense\PrismServer\ElastiCubeProcessLogs folder, you will see a folder for each cube that contains the logs.  I've found it helpful to open those up and see if the error is there. If it isn't, try changing your logging to "Diagnostic" when building and it should give you more information in those logs.  I hope that helps!

There is a "view logs" icon under where the build normally occurs, it says there are no logs?

I have the same problem: When I clicked on build, it behaved as if it does something (it's spinning) but it stops without displaying something in the log. When I clicked on the view logs icon it displays "no available log". I went to ProgramData\Sisense\PrismServer\ElastiCubeProcessLogs folder and it only contains the log of previous cubes that was succesfully created earlier that day, but there is no log file for the last cube i tried to create.

I'm stuck and I'm not sure what to do to debug this issue. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.

I found a service that wasn't running. When I started the service it seemed to work ok. Go to start menu and type services. Then scroll down to Sisense and make sure all the Sisense services are running. I believe the one that wasn't running was called oxygen on my system. Another question is, "why are the services stopping/not running"
