We just went from a trial to a live license of Sisense. We have a few road warriors (sales, CEO also travels a lot) who will need to access our Sisense site from the outside internet. I have added a rule to our firewall to allow TCP traffic in on port 8081, and a SNAT to map the external IP we have assigned in DNS to the internal IP.
If I just put in the regular URL for the server without :8081, I get the default Microsoft IIS landing page you get on a freshly set up Windows server running IIS. If I put in the URL with :8081, I get an error from the browser that the page could not be reached.
Any ideas on what I could me missing? I've set up firewall rules for other HTTP and HTTPS connections with no issues, and even some for non-standard ports. Are there any additional ports I should have on this rule for the Sisense server to be reachable?
