Support emails

Could you modify the emails sent to differentiate Support Ticket updates from Support Forum updates. They both come from Sisense Support. Then in the title the tickets don't say support ticket, they say [Sisense Support] .
To easy to miss an important update on a ticket hidden in all the forum updates. Just changing the forum emails "FROM" to "Sisense Forum" would be a big help.

Hi David,
After some back and forth with Zendesk that powers the ticketing and community platforms, looks like there is a limitation that doesn't allow changing email default title and sender fields.
I'm sorry I don't have better news, however I'll keep your request in mind if/when this configuration becomes possible in the future.
