    Hi Leigh,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Please see the answers to your questions below.

    1. This should be possible using the window.parent.location.href = <url>, but we need to do some testing on our side to see if it works correctly.

    2. Yes, instead of editing the script of the widget, you can edit the script of the dashboard (The pencil on the upper right corner in Prism Web).

    3. Yes, use the dashboard url: http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/dashboard?d=<dashboard-id>

    4. Im afraid this is currently not possible

If you require happy to arrange a call with one of our JavaScript devlopers.

    Best regards

    Hello,

I have put the script of one widget in our corporate website and we have a problem. We dont see it except if we have logued in the PRISM WEB. That PRISM is Public.

This is a problem because we want our web visitors to visualize DATA in our web, but they are no users of our PRISM WEB. How can i solve this problem? How can i get my widget seen in our web for everybody?

    Thanks a lot.

    Luis

    Hi Luis,

As i understand it, you are trying to use PrismWeb dashboards for anonymous users (without the need to log them in) . This feature is not part of you package. If you wish to have it, please contact your account manager.

    Hi,

    Not exactly.

First of all, theres a problem with the package you think we've got. I have just put a request for that. See (#4568)

Second, the problem is when i want to insert an iframe in our corporate web site. It doesn't work. The problem is that its needed to be logued in in PRISMWEB. Obviously they are not.

See image of the code i use.

    Hi Luis,

Regarding your first issue, I've answered you via the ticketing system.

Regarding your second question, in order to browse to dashboards via IFrame you'll need to log in to the web application, therefore only logged in user can consume the IFrame dashboard, please consider to add the "anonymous"  setting to your package in order to consume dashboards without log in.
