Users Role

Hi,

I'm trying to change users Role from Contributer to Consumer

 when I do this,it get suck and it is not working.

I want to prevent from ome of the users to add dashboards.

Is it a known issue?  how can I do this

  Hi Michal,

  Please try refreshing SiSense Web an try again.
  If not, Can you try to remove this user and re-add under a different permission?

  It is not working.

  I tried to delete the user and add it but now I cant add the user (not as contributor and not as consumer) I get an error:

  "There was a problem during operation"

  Hi Michal,

  The issue was caused due to a mismatch between your current number of "contributors" on our system and the result of the migration of user roles from v4.
