On March 11th, from 7:00 AM until 11:00 AM EST, we will be performing a ticket submission form upgrade. During this time we will temporarily disable access to the ticket submission form. We will be using the downtime to migrate to a new and more case-specific ticket submission form that will help speed up the resolution time and provide an improved support experience to our customers.
Need to submit an urgent ticket during the maintenance? During the scheduled downtime, please use our direct email channel to open a ticket: firstname.lastname@example.org or contact your CSM.
