    Hi Nicole,

    That error indicates that the API call performed by the script was not authenticated. That can happen if the API Token passed with the request is no longer valid. Which authentication method are you using in the script - email&pass or fixed token?

    I've been successfully using the export in this post on our test server:

    https://support.sisense.com/hc/en-us/articles/230652868-Python-Script-to-Export-Dashboards-to-CSV-File

    This week I tried migrating the process over to our production server. I made sure the API token was updated as well as the MongoDB writeuser password. I'm attempt to execute and getting the following error:

    Traceback (most recent call last):
    File "C:\Users\ndave\Desktop\exportdashboardtocsv\exportDashboardToCSV.py", line 5, in <module>
    import yaml
    ImportError: No module named yaml

    I'm not sure why this is the case since the yaml file is being recognized on the test server and not on production. I copied the exportdashboardtocsv folder and all of its contents from test to production. I see the settings.yaml file there and all the information looks correct.
