Moving your Data Security From a Cube to a Set

    Great post for when you start using sets instead of cubes! It's worth noting that you have to set datasecurity on the set, not on the underlying cube.  That was a bad assumption I made early on!

    For those wanting a one-liner, this will transform the output automatically:

    perl -pe 'BEGIN {undef $/} s/(,[\r\n]+)?.*"(_id|cubeId|server)":(?:(?!,).)*|(?<=party)Id//mg' {oldfile} > {transformedfile}

    Is there also a way to copy datasecurity rules from one set to the other? I can't seem to find an API for that, but perhaps I'm not looking hard enough
