Hello community,
Since my organization upgraded to version 7.2 we keep facing a lot of disconnections. Sisense engineers are on it but I was wondering If anyone of you have been facing same type of problem.
I am constantly unable to reach sisense server from front end. Our server is out of ressources really fast due to IIS worker or idle process... Always something new and It's impossible to load our dashboards anymore. The downtime represents 10% of my daily basis time and I'm really concerned no one can fix it as this has been the case since august of this year.
Thank you for sharing your experience.
Regards,
Alex.

Alex,
Are you running any plugins? Specifically are you using dynamic buckets? We had an issue with IIS using up all the resources and it was due to dashboards trying to apply filters across dynamic buckets. We had disabled that ability with an edit of the plugin script, but when we upgraded and updated plugins we forgot to reapply that fix. We've had issues with other plugins in 7.2 (several of the officially supported ones had problems, most of which are fixed now, though the JAQL visualization still causes problems when generating emails).
Regardless several plugins can do things that will rapidly chew system resources or cause other issues and 7.2 didn't do plugins any favors. If you haven't looked there, you might want to check.

Hi Kevin,
We've tried that already and a lot of other things. As I said, there are sisense engineers working on it since a while now. Just wanted to figure out If It was a global issue due to this version new environment or If it's really specific to my organization.
Regards,
Alex.
