I was only able to get Postman to work by removing "accept application/json" from headers. I am running the newest Sisense version 7.4.2 on a localized cube and testing the newest Postman.

ok, so sisense has no concept of an automation user for backend-to-backend integration? if this is the case, can you please let me know if this is on the roadmap?

We do all of our back end integration through C# and for quick testing, I use LINQPad. I know that our developers have used Postman to work through specific API calls. I'm not sure I can help, but what are you trying to do that isn't working? I can see if our developers can shed some light on the subject.

well, something like a version of AWS IAM would work. the ability to generate tokens for users (and expire them) without having to "login" with that user's account credentials (username/password). even with that, if i have to consume an admin seat to make backend-to-backend calls that seriously hobbles my ability to deeply integrate sisense into my architecture. its not the end of the world by any means, just an important facet to be aware of. thanks for your response!

Would it be possible to get a API Token if we are using JWT SSO, and our admins don't have any passwords stored in Sisense?
