Hello Elliott:
I am a new to Sisense and I just downloaded your NoResult plugin but I am unable to get past the greyed-out images you have above in the "After the plugin" section of your post in order to add custom text and/or an image to my dashboards.
I have tried searching online but have had no success. Any assistance in this regard would be appreciated.
Thank you!

Hey Cushrow,
Do you see the plugin in the Admin Tab >> Plugins via the front end?
You should see the plugin in this list, and it should be enabled. If you do see it, then the plugin should be taking effect, and you should see the effects taking place. Let me know if that helps.
Best,
Elliott

Thank you for your quick response Elliott!
Yes, I do have the plugin on my Plugins list under the Admin tab and yes, it is enabled like all the others. However, once I get to my dashboard (with the no results widget) I see this floating image of file silhouettes and magnifying glasses (like you show above) and I cannot do anything to change that. You mentioned that I could customize that image but I just cannot seem to do that. I'm not sure it matters but I am using a Mac.

Hi Cushrow,
The plugin gives you the ability to configure the image, but you have to do that by modifying the plugin directly. It's not a UI to configure. So if you have a picture you would like to replace the default, you need to go into the Javascript file and update that reference. Let me know if you have any questions about that.
Best,
Elliott

Also, I could not customize the Java script to change the default gif of the NoResult plugin to a simple No Data Currently Available message and so I deleted all traces of the plugin files from both the C drive Sisense directory and the folder within the Admin tab but I continue to see the floating image of the file silhouettes in some of our dashboards. Is there something else that I need to do to restore the default setting of nothing on a widget with no data? Thanks for your help!
