Flattening JSON Objects in SQL Server

    We have started using this approach for storing data in our traditional fact tables. The performance is so good that we are able to use column store indexes in SQL Server and views to derive our dimensions from the facts (except for Type 2 changes of course).  It works extremely well for junk and text dimensions. It's helped us to become more agile in building out our warehouse and getting data into our cubes and onto dashboards.  Thanks for sharing Andy!
