Connection Issue with Salesforce

Hi,

I have been trying to connect to Salesforce to pull data for a new ElastiCube. Me and my supervisor have both tried to connect on separate usernames and passwords, but we have had no luck. The error message that he is getting is about 5 seconds after he hits "connect to server". The error message says "Cannot load tables". So we tried building an already existing ElastiCube that has Salesforce data, to see if there was any connection. But, the build had no problem updating the data.

When I try to connect to the server, the error message I am getting is "Error in deserializing body of reply message for operation 'describeSObjects'. Tried looking around to see if this was normal or common but I could not find anything.

Does anybody have any ideas why this may be happening?

Hi Corey,

contact support, they will provide you with new connector version. Had same issue 2 weeks ago and now it is fixed.

Can we just post the new version of the sales force connector here rather than having to contact support?
