    Hi Cushrow,

    please refer here - https://support.sisense.com/hc/en-us/articles/230651328-Sisense-Data-Files-and-Logs

Also you can ask your CSM about Sisense Monitor service.

    Michal,

This helps a lot but what should I use to open and 'read" the logs.  I have tried Notepad and Wordpad but those do not work.  I checked online but am confused about what I'm reading!   Also I see logentries only for today and late last night.  Is that standard?

I believe our CSM Korey Martin has transitioned to a new position and he was to assign us another Sisense representative but none of us have heard who that person is or when the transition will be effective.

    Thank you for your help!

@Cushrow ... I believe this is what you need

    https://support.sisense.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360007995473-ECSProcessTree-A-tool-to-help-you-read-ElastiCube-build-logs

I've been using the ECS process Tree software to read build logs .. it has its limitations, doesn't tell you the names of the tables, keys being build but you can see the log files and calculate the time duration for each custom table, key being built. You can also see the data source and deduce table that's being built.

Not sure why you only have log files for past 2 days .. check with installation person to see if there was a limit set up there and you have builds happening every half hour so some policy seems to be in effect.
