    Hi Simon,

From my knowledge of BloX, it is not possible to do the Rest API as of now. I will reach out to the development team to see if there is an inititive to do so. Currently, we are only allow to display value from the Elasticube itself.

Hi Donald, thanks for the info.

I would be happy to walk through some scenarios with you to help you build use cases.

I do think this could be a powerful and flexible way to integrate live external data.

I see somebody tried to do this in a plugin https://support.sisense.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360016922313-Addepar-REST-API-Connector

however there is little documentation on this.

    Hi Simon,

I have reach out to the team that manage BloX and they are taking a looking into possibility of using rest api within the frame work. I will give you an update once he response.

The Rest Connector piece you mention above is a connector setting by using our custom rest connector. Here is the documentation for rest connector. https://developer.sisense.com/display/API2/Custom+REST+Connector. You will see that the post Jay mention above is an example of the Rest API connector connecting to Addepar

    Hi Simon,

BloX does not currently support binding REST results to the card.

We are currently investigating this functionality, in hope of including it in a future version.

    Thanks,

    Adi
