Not able to connect to elastic cube in trial version

    Hi Haya,

    Thanks for reaching out. Please try to restart services by taking the following steps:

    1. On the machine you have installed Sisense on, go to http://localhost:3030/
    2. Click the Restart services button at the top right hand side of the screen
    3. Click Yes to allow the services to restart
    4. Give the site 15-30 seconds to finish restarting all of the services then try the workflow again.

    If these steps do no resolve the issue, please create a support ticket here to get assistance from one of our support agents. Let the agent know what steps you took to attempt to resolve as well.

    Thanks for the reply.This is a trial version and its a web based url. Where do I find restart option here?.
