So what i am looking for is that under Furniture category  furnishing has the lowest value so it should show at the top under Furniture category and then bookcases then tables and then chairs. Simiary for other categories which are office supplies and Technology should show their respective bars from lowst to highest

If you sort the value "Ascending" this should accomplish what you want:

Since the above screenshot which is posted is of sample data. In my real world example I have one more dimension after the Subcategory which is Segment. is it because of that it is not allowing the sort to work in the way I am looking for

Segment has only one value which is Consumer and  may be because of this reason when i am applying sort then it seems to be not working . When i changed the order of the dimension in which they are placed like i placed segment before category and subcategory then it is working fine as i want but what if i want to keep the order of the dimension same as i want like category, subcategory and then segment then the sort is not working

Any input and solutions to this ?

Sorting in Pivot works only within he scope of inner most grouping. If you want to maintain grouping and sort by any column I suggest using this plug-in - https://www.sisense.com/marketplace/aggregated-table/

Thank you Michael. It worked for me. Since i am new to Sisense i have some few doubts and questions which i am mentioning below.

    1) When i am placing the image into the Report using the Image Widget. it goes and settle at the end of the dashboard . I want to move it in the top right corner of the Dashboard just like mostly we have logos on the top right hand corner of the dashboard but i am not sure how to do that. Even when i drag it to the top it occupies the Complete horizontal row and settles in the middle but i want to dipslay it in the top right hand corner. Can you tell me how to do that . Can we adjust the height and width of  image widget by writing some script. if yes can you help me with the script

    2) I have installed Hide Widget Title Plugin but i am noticing that i am able to hide the title only for the images in the dashboard but for text widget and pivot i am getting the option to hide title but its not working . Can you help me with this
