Automatic Account Creation

    Hi Jordan,

    When a user is authenticated via the SSO flow (and only then), if that user's username (email) does not exist in the Sisense application database it will be created. That means, if your SSO handler passes a JWT to Sisense that contains an email not currently present in the user collection, that user will be created (with the Viewer role) and login will be successful.

    In this scenario, the user does not have a password and can only log in via the SSO flow, not via the Sisense login page.

    If you're getting an error on login, most likely it is an issue with the JWT payload, or some other deeper systematic issue. I recommend opening a ticket with Sisense support to get this investigated and resolved.
