Excel Missing from Available Connectors
Excel is not showing in my available connectors when adding data through the web app. I've found where I can download other connectors, but excel isn't available there.
I've also tried restarting the Sisense.JVMConnectorsContainer and Sisense.Discovery services, but still nothing.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Let me know of questions. Thanks!

Hi,
You probably got the answer, but just in case it still happens, usually this is linked to a Sisense service that has stopped. Just look at Sisense services in task manager, and restart the one that it stopped. Then just monitor this from windows point of view to see when the service stops and why.

I have a few connectors (either Oracle, SQL, or Excel) that are randomly not showing in my available connectors when adding data through the web app.
It has happened on my local computer, on the clients' servers, and on the clouds
There have been already a few tickets that I submitted to support but it was always a different reason.
One of the reasons that CLR service did not respond to the start in a timely fashion.
