    Hi Carlos,

    Please create a ticket with our support team so we can assist you one-on-one to resolve.

    Some initial troubleshooting steps:

    1. Please try to skip this step and check the components by clicking Test connection in the localhost:3030.
      If that is successful, try to access the Sisense (likely on http://locahost:8081).

    2. Take a look at the Sisense logs stored within %temp% directory, as displayed in the following screenshot
       Take a look at the logs in C:\ProgramData\Sisense\Deployment

    In your support ticket, please provide those logs and any troubleshooting you attempted in order to try to resolve.
