    I see what is going on here now, this is only for percentages (so out of 100) only. Can this be modified to use count?

    @Delsaran

    try replacing the 100 with the relative maximal number that you wish it to be (you have to define a max number...)

    This discussion is about a something that can be done using a widget type called BloX. With that widget you can do many different things and easily connect data from Sisense to them. That is why using this widget is a bit more technical comparing to other widget types (you use a JSON code to config your elements and some basic browser languages like css and html to do some extra manipulations.

    In the BloX , under the "Technical Details" tab, at the bottom, you can find some useful links to some really good tutorials that the Innovation Labs team made.Try starting there and learn you way into understanding which kind of things can be done and then try it out yourself to see if its something within your comfort.

    We'd be happy to help out. We do many cool things with BloX and other customizations implementations for clients

    Thanks Ravid for your prompt reply.

    Based on my understanding a JSON file must be coded and created locally on my machine then copy and paste the  JSON file into the BLOX code editor along with the HTML / CSS above and that will generate the percent circle widget?, unless this is a bit more complex then that and if so can you assist by providing a step by step process.  Working with existing widgets in BLOX is straight forward what I find cumbersome is trying to embed the percent circle widget.

    Looking forward to your help.

    Hi Neil Grunstein

    The JSON file doesn't have to be coded into you machine. I'm guessing that whoever told you that meant that when you develop BloX plugins, you should always keep a working copy locally on your machine because your code can very easily (too easy to my opinion) be deleted by accident.

    Artem posted a brilliant post where it really easy to get it up and running. All you eventually need to do is to simply copy paste only the "BloX Editor Content" part and paste it inside the BloX Widget's Editor (can be easily access in the widget's Edit mode...).

    Perhaps it look a bit complicated because you need to take the code that Artem put in the "The style of the guage is" section and paste it into the "style" entry point within the editor (he simply pasted it all as a single line)

    After that, you copy the "And the construction of the widget is" part to be inside the "text" entry (again in his example he simply pasted it all as a single line)

    Did it answer your question?
