    Hi Allan,

    In order to help our support team troubleshoot issues, you must submit tickets to get support. From there, agents may recommend a session to look at the issue:
    https://support.sisense.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

    There are agents working in all timezones to assist with issues submitted. There is not currently a support phone number to contact.

    Please feel free to reach out to your CSM with any questions/concerns about this.
