Reporting returns 404

Hi,

I try to send a report to myself from Republish option. The response from API is 404 - api not found. In api-gateway logs I found

[3165.46] [2020-04-02T05:54:57.616Z] [WARN] [] [api-gateway] [4152]:[discovery-service] [C:\Program Files\Sisense\app\gateway-service\src\middlewares\discovery.js:503] [] [/api/v1/reporting path is not mapping]

 

Additionally i found that api-gateway logs what services are loaded and there is part:

"reporting-service":{"urls":[],"active":false}

 

Also reporting endpoint is missing in Sisense swagger. Sisense.Reporting Galaxy, Gateway services are running.

 

We are using 8.0.2 version of Sisense. On other environment where we have 7.4.4 version everything works as expected.

 

Do you have any ideas what happened and how to activate reporting?

  Sounds like an installation issue. Maybe try repairing your install?

  With Sisense support help, we delayed reporting service startup and it fixed the problem. :)
