Wanted to see if anyone has found a way to display a "+" sign to numbers that are positive similar to how a "-" sign appears with numbers that are negative?

As an example, if it's positive 1.36%, I'd like to show "+1.36%."

I've done the conditional method where the color changes based on the value, but I've still found through demoing the dashboard to potential users that they are getting confused. This would definitely clear that confusion up.
