We have values that can be reported anywhere from 1000 and down to 0.0001 and would like to use automatic decimal handling to format those values in tables (pivot tables, specifically). For example, if the value is exactly 100, don't show decimals (Ex. do not show 100.0000) and when decimals are present in the value (0.025 should show decimals and not truncate to 0.03, which is the current behavior on "automatic" decimal handling).
Excel also models the correct behavior, where decimal zeros are dropped if there is no decimal values, but if present, they show up and are not truncated/rounded until you reach > 9 decimals, I believe.
