iSOCRATES(www.isocrates.com) is a new Sisense Partner and Sisense embedded analytics customer with our own media, advertising and marketing-industry set of technologies and solutions.
In the span of just a few weeks, the same use case is being requested by three different clients: the need for multi-tiered branding in a single instance with multiple parent-child accounts. Specifically, our need is for the depiction of both our iSOCRATES brand and matching corporate palette to be used throughout plus the need for sub-branding beyond the first layer of look-and-feel.
Example use case: a company that wishes to offer external clients/internal business units their own look-and-feel, not just that of (or in addition to) the company's/parent company's branding and even our own as the embedded solution provider. Imagine a logo in the upper left saying CompanyX powered by CompanyY, then different CompanyX sub-accounts with different branding and palletes for each. It is expected by the Sisense licensee(in this case iSOCRATES or its implementation client) they should be able to represent their own branding plus that of their client and the client's client or business unit.
It is being suggested we consider an i-frame implementation with appropriate branding, but clients find this approach unacceptable.
Any suggestions on alternatives, workarounds or timing on relevant Sisense product roadmap initiatives for this urgent and now frequent requirement?
