We have a SQL alert that we have set to run every hour. Sometimes the alert goes off and we get notified every hour until it resolves. 

Is there a way to determine when the last time a specific alert was triggered and determine if an alert is still "In Violation"? The goal is to reduce noise and alert fatigue
